With this economy the last thing you want is to spend more money than you intend to. Although you can never go wrong with giving yourself a treat every once in a while, sometimes you just can't indulge yourself, (been there, done that). That is thy I decided to create a list of my budget friendly go-to's when it comes to health and beauty.
1. Studio 32 Beauty Facial Clay Mask- this mask gives you clearer pores and tighter skin without the guilt. It contains avocado and oatmeal, which provide moisture and younger looking skin. Currently $3.99 (on sale this week for $1.59). Find it here.
2. Aveeno Skin Relief Overnight Cream- this wonderful cream is great to relief dry and itchy skin caused by harsh chemicals, allergies or daily activities. Price ranges between $8-$10. Get it here.
3. Avon Foot Works Deep Moisturizing Cream- rated 5 out of 5 and one of my all time favorites. Leaves your feet smooth and refreshed and you ca't beat the price. Normally $6, currently on sale for $3.99. Find it here.
4. Alba Botanica Very Emollient Sunscreen- made with 100% vegetarian ingredients and fragrance free, for those of you like me that have sensitive skin. It has an SPF of 30 and it does't contain harsh chemicals. One of the best out there. Goes for around $6-$8 Check it out.
5. Avon Nurtura Replenishing Cream- other than my Aveeno night cream, this is my other option. It leaves your skin soft and rejuvenated. Normally goes for $8.50, currently on sale for $3.99. Get it here.
